With news of the Devil's Breath being stolen - again - it's almost time for a full-on panic mode. Yuri isn't answering, so head up to the Queensboro Bridge at the Upper East Side to begin this mission.

Subdue the Escaping Prisoners

Video Guide: Out of the Frying Pan...

Yuri will find you in her helicopter as all hell starts breaking loose - Ryker's prison is under attack, and all the inmates are trying to get out, so it's up to you to stop them.

There's no time to lose, and a lot of these guys really want to get out. Luckily, the first group don't have any weapons beyond some molotov cocktails. Keep them airborne with uppercuts and Swing Kicks and beat this crew down before they can get far.

Further up, more prison escapees have gotten into the armory, and will try and hit you with rockets. If you have the Rocket Return skill, toss them right back at the fools. Take out the man on the top, then survey the others below attacking the police.

Throw a Web Bomb into the group, and target the rocket launchers first before kicking or using Concussive Blasts to knock the rest into walls and pin them in place with webs. Impact Webs also work well here with the amount of cars and walls to stick to.

Next, turn left and go up the street where another Rocket-launching prisoner is, and the dozen thugs behind him.

Again, there are overturned cars and walls on both sides, making pinning them a good strategy if you have the tools.

Clear the Rooftop of Prisoners

As you do this, a police officer will radio that he needs help on the roof, and you'll probably start getting fired at from above. Clear the ground, then turn your attention up to the right where the inmates are. Take out the guy with the firearm as more start charging you - and note the wall-mounted electrical box near you that you can swing to electrify and stun the whole group before finishing them off.

Once the immediate roof is clear, open the door by holding L1 + R1 to get the cop out, only to find that the Warden is getting attacked in his car down below.

Zip down and toss out a Web Bomb to net a bunch of them to the very car they're trying to attack, then focus on the Brute if he isn't already pinned down. More Brutes will enter the fray, and you can make use of debris all over the place to stun them, or hit them with webbing to lock them in place before attacking.

Clear Out the Armory

When the Warden is safe, a tower will be hit by a rocket launcher. The yard next to you is overrun with thugs armed with weapons and body armor - making it a tense situation. Having the Vengeance Skill is great here for perfect dodging and taking down the ranged attackers - but be sure to engage the sniper first as he's harder to dodge.

When the shielded enemies come in, use the Bunker Buster Skill if you have it to swing kick into them and keep them airborne to take them out. Keep taking on all comers and removing gun users from the field until the armory is taken care of.

Spidey will then have to take down a chopper - mash the Square button to pin the helicopter in place, then dodge the rocket with circle and take out the prisoners. Unfortunately, things are about to get a whole lot worse, as lightning erupts all over the RAFT prison.

Fight Through the Cell Blocks

Landing on the Raft Prison, one of your old friends has decided to throw a party for you by opening all the cell blocks and releasing countless prisoners to attack you. Don't be scared by the random alien-looking skin colors, these prisoners can go down like any other.

This is a great place to use crowd control as you'll be mobbed on all sides - throw down Web Bombs, blast them into wall with the Concussion Blast, or electrify groups of them with the Electric Web.

You should also note the pipes along the cells here - you can pull them to release bursts of steam that will knock out people close enough to get hit by them.

Once the cellblock is clear, move up the stairs to the far door to open it and get another warm welcome from another big fan. After they run off, follow by parkouring along the broken pillars until you can zip to a point through a big broken door and into the next block.

After another surprising run-in, you'll have to take on more prisoners armed with shields and stun batons. Pelt them with debris, and look for a wall-mounted electrical box to stun them with before knocking them into wall. Some of the thugs may just be fighting each other, so be sure to drop in and say hello before moving on.

In the next room, you'll need to catch up to the guy destroying the place, so start running up the wall and out to the exterior of the raft.

Your nemesis will start flying around the outskirts trying to blast you, dodge and keep swinging to keep up as you dodge falling debris and his attacks.

Once you catch up to him, you'll get another rude interruption from an old friend, before you'll be able to resume your chase.

He'll start angling more blasts at you - and you can't afford to fall behind, so do some slick aerial dodges with circle and keep up the zipping and swinging to keep pace as he flees.

Watch for another blast as he nears a shipping area, then follow him inside. When he goes to fly upwards, run up the wall to catch up with him.

He'll start sending blasts down at you - so flick the control stick to the sides to avoid him as you race to the top.

When you finally reach the top, the true mastermind behind this attack, and the formation of your greatest enemies will be revealed. This can't possibly be good.

As Act 2 comes to a close, the city will be in the worse shape it's ever been. Escaped prisoners from Rykers and the Raft will have banded together to form Prisoner Camps and start up their own crime wave. In addition to this, the Sable Mercenary group has gone mad with power, rounding up innocent people into Sable Outposts and even breaking the law elsewhere - not mention attacking you on sight.

Because of this, you'll have more sources of Crime and Base Tokens all across the city, as Yuri, the only person left on your side, promises to update you when more news of the supervillains come to light. For now, focus on helping where you can and taking out bases or stopping crimes where you spot them.
